Romantic shabby roses for next-to-nothing

Polymer Roses by The Polka Dot Closet

While looking for some ideas for a rainy day, I ran into this cool tutorial to make roses from polymer clay from The Polka Dot Closet.  I just have to share because I'm sure I'm going to try my hand at making these. In the past I've made calla lilies using Sculpy and they turned out great. Roses will be even more versitile for my projects. Happy crafting!

  4. The Polka Dot Closet always has the best ideas, doesn't she? I tried Sculpy once, but didn't really know what I was doing. Before the days of the Internet, and I was teaching myself. You can imagine how that turned out. Those roses are so pretty, so one day I may try them again. Thanks for visiting my blog today, and have a great weekend!
